Swift Bookkeeping Conversion is a Canadian owned and operated service designed to take your existing accounting data and convert it to Xero's cloud-based system.

You send us your existing data through our secure portal and we will migrate your company to Xero and set up a subscription that we will then transfer to you.

Upload a backup of your accounting software to our secure, Canadian-hosted portal, or give us access to your cloud-based accounting software

We'll create a Xero trial subscription and migrate your data to Xero

We'll invite you as a user of the new Xero organization once we are done.

Verify the results and, once you are satisfied and have made your final payments, we then transfer the Xero account over to you.
